When your organization signs up to survey either residents as well as family members and/or employees, you are assigned a Program Manager to help you be successful. Certification happens within four weeks of the process ending. U.S. News may incorporate some of the survey results into your community’s profile on its website. After the survey period has closed and results have been prepared, U.S. News intends to recognize communities that achieve the best results in its evaluation. U.S. News publications typically include press announcements and accolades for the high performers on its website.
