Since 1905, Three Pillars has been meeting the physical, social, and spiritual needs of older adults. We are a not for profit organization that offers a full continuum of care on our 300-acre campus in Dousman, WI. We’re proud of our culture. It’s driven by our values and modeled by our employees.
