As a management consulting company, Crest Healthcare operates 13 skilled nursing facilities in Illinois. Each facility typically provides long-term skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation, respite care, and additional skilled nursing services. We specialize in providing genuine hometown care. Crest facilities also treat their residents and loved ones, and their staff as family, and we integrate our care centers into our communities. This allows us to fulfill our mission of excellence in care.
